Photocopy of two scrapbook albums containing mostly early 20th century postcards, including some scenes of Driffield. There are also some with a military theme, with military censors marks on the back, which relate to the First World War. Some humorous cards, some landscapes (around the UK and abroad, so probably relating to holidays), erotic cards, embroidered cards etc. Also Daily Mail cover for January 6th 1945, New Year/Christmas cards etc. Some of the postcards are addressed to individuals in Driffield - Miss Jennie Beckett of Bank House, Market Place and Mr. Sharock, The Vicarage and include cards clearly being sent back from soldiers heading for the western front.
