Description:

Two glass bottles with broken necks and moulding - 1. 'Yorkshire Bottlers Association Ltd., a crest of three spades, one upright the others crossed. The letter Y is on the upright blade and a B and an A are respectively to be found in the other two blades. 2. Worded 'Chas. C. Crannis, Regent Stores, Promenade and at Hilderthorpe Place, Bridlington Quay'. There is also a piece of glazed bottle printed 'William Day Bridlington Quay' in a circle with 'mineral water manufacturer' and a triangle trade mark with a leafed branch within. Bottle necks probably broken to remove glass marbles.
