Copper alloy crucifix, probably connected with the Yorkshire Catholic Reformatory School for Boys, which existed on a site near Market Weighton from c1850 until the early 1970's. The hands and the pedestal below the feet are pierced for the attachment of a chain. Part of metal detecting collection belonging to the late Terry Britten.
