Bio:

Bartholemew Howlett was apprenticed to James Heath. His published works included "Views in the County of Lincoln" and he was also engaged on Frost's "Hull", Bentham's "Ely" and Wilkinson's "Londina Illustrata". He died leaving a large collection of drawings, seals of monastic and religious houses etc.
